Where does the data come from?
From official state contractor license-board records — public records of newly issued licenses. Where available, we add business phone, email, and website found through public sources.
Why is this fresher than big B2B databases?
Large databases typically pick up a business only after it builds an online footprint, which can take months. We start from the license itself, so you see contractors the week they're licensed.
When and how is it delivered?
Every Monday, as a CSV file that imports directly into Excel, Google Sheets, or your CRM.
Which trades are included?
General, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, and specialty contractors. Every plan includes all trades; you can filter the CSV to the ones you want.
Which states do you cover?
Coverage depends on what each state's license board publishes and is expanding. Request a free sample for your state and we'll confirm availability before you subscribe.
Does every record include phone and email?
No. Contact details are included where found; license fields come straight from the board record. Fill rates vary by state and week.
Can I call or text these numbers?
Some numbers may be cell phones. You are responsible for complying with TCPA, Do Not Call, CAN-SPAM, and state telemarketing laws. See our Terms.
