This policy explains what information Blackridge Leads collects from visitors to our website, what information appears in the lead records we provide, where it comes from, and how to request removal.

1. Information we collect from website visitors

• Information you submit: name, work email, company, state of interest, and any message you send through our forms or by email.
• Billing information: payments are processed by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: standard server and hosting logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider for security and performance. We do not sell visitor information.

We use this information to respond to requests, deliver samples and subscriptions, provide support, process payments, and send service-related communications. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

2. Information in our lead records

Our data products contain information about businesses holding contractor licenses, which may include: business name, license number and type, license issue date, city and county, names of officers, owners, or qualifiers as listed on the public record, and business phone, email, and website where found.

3. Sources

• Official state contractor license-board and licensing-agency records, which are public records.
• Other publicly available sources, such as business websites, public business directories, and state business-entity filings, used to add contact details.

4. Sharing

We provide lead records to subscribing businesses under license terms that restrict use to B2B purposes and require compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, Do Not Call, and state telemarketing laws. We share visitor information only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, forms, payments, email) or when required by law.

5. Retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

6. Your choices & state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of its sale or sharing. To make a request, use the form below or email hello@blackridgeleads.com. We may need to verify your request.

7. Remove my record / opt out

If your business or name appears in our data and you would like it removed from future deliveries, submit this form. We will process valid requests promptly and suppress the record from future files. Note that removal from our files does not remove the record from the state license board's public database, and we cannot recall copies already delivered to subscribers.

8. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
